WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW (FAQ's):
A notary public is a public official appointed by the Secretary of State to administer oaths and affirmations, witness signatures, and perform other duties as permitted by state law.

We do not give any legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
To expedite the signing of any document, Clients/Borrowers will need:
1. Any one of the following Valid Identifications (providing they are current) are acceptable:
• State-issued drivers license or non-driver's ID issued within the past five (5) years
• U.S. Passport (physical description not required)
• Foreign Passport stamped by the U.S. BCIS
• Driver's license issued in Mexico or Canada
• Inmate ID Card
• U.S. Military Identification
• ID card issued by the USCIS (Notarization of USCIS forms only)
Credible Witnesses (2 people who personally know the signer and have an ID) may be used when signer does not possess an acceptable form of ID.
ALL FORMS OF I.D. MUST CONTAIN A PHOTO, PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION, SIGNATURE AND SERIAL NUMBER. Birth certificates, expired licenses, temporary licenses and Social Security cards are NOT acceptable forms of identification.
Each signer must personally appear and sign the documents in the presence of a Notary. Signer must be competent, able to read and understand the action and legal consequences of signing. The document must be complete, must not contain blank spaces, and must not be signed. I do not back-date loan documents and all signers are fingerprinted.
2. Any required stipulations for signing, (check with lender, example: W-2, pay stub).
3. Closing cost check if applicable, (check with Lender or Escrow Co.).
4. Have lender's phone number handy in case you have questions during the signing.
5. Please complete all forms except signatures and notarized areas. Discuss blank spaces with your lender as to N/A or a "Line" drawn through it.
6. Please review all documents for the correct spelling of names and correct dates.
DOCUMENTS NOT NOTARIZED:
Wills, immigration documents, incomplete documents,  copies of birth certificates, death certificates or marriage records, photographs, faxed or copied signatures.


What is a Notary Public?

A Notary Public is a person of proven integrity appointed by the government to serve the public as an impartial witness in taking acknowledgements, administering oath and affirmations, and performing other acts authorized by law.

What is a Mobile Notary?

A mobile notary is a notary public that travels to various locations to perform notarial acts. The fees charged by mobile notaries tend to be higher than traditional notaries due to travel and other associated expenses.

Why are documents notarized?

To deter fraud. An impartial witness (the Notary) ensures that the signers of documents are who they say they are and not impostors. The Notary makes sure that signers have entered into agreements knowingly and willingly.

Can I come to your location?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical place “brick and mortar” location that you can go to. The addresses displayed in our ads and on our website are for mailing purposes only. But we  can arrange a locality for you near to you or work place.

How soon can you have a notary here?

For best results appointments should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We will, however, make every attempt to fulfill “last minute” and “emergency” requests withing 4 hours.

How much do you charge for your services?

Our fees vary based on your location and notary availability in your area. Please fill out an online request or call  us for an estimate.

What are your terms and policies?

No refunds for no shows unless you can prove to us it was due to an emergeny.
Signings in remote areas and extreme circumstances may result in additional fees.
Omissions caused by our notaries will be corrected at no additional charge to you.
Cancellations should be submitted via email or phone no later than 5 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
